Alexander Hearnz is a senior software engineer and tech lead with more than 20 years in financial services, specializing in AWS cloud architecture, conversational AI, and agentic workflows. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami and an MS in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
